DAY 21 - 10 DAYS BEHIND SCHEDULE

The builder is about 10 days behind because of all the bad weather.
Still making progress. They did manage to finish a few interior walls,do some clean-up and work on the stairs.
The steps were roughed in today.

DAY 20 - SHINGLES ARE ON!

DAY - 19 Shingles

It's shingle time...

This upper part of the roof is done. the lower part will be completed tomorrow.

DAY 17 & 18 -

Front windows are in... tyvek is on...

This is the back.. we still will have a new roof extending off of this wall to cover the patio.

DAY 14 - After the rain

A shot of the back of the house. The workers cut in a new beam (more holes in the roof) and began the back wall.
Side walls were sheeted today.
The rafters were finished on the upper part. I was assured that the roof would be on and felt down by Friday.

3 Day rain delay. It poured here March 17th and 18th. A neighbors rain gage measured 4-inches. We had all we could do to keep the water out. We had some damage to interior drywall and carpeting, some of which will be taken out anyway. The sun was out this afternoon so we should start drying out.

DAY 13

Roof rafters are up.. well maybe not all of them.... but they got a good start today
Rain is expected over the weekend.. thus all the blue tarps..
